I am very pleased with myself.
I have been going for a jog after school every day since last monday, and I intend to keep it up.
I'm sick of being an un-fit fatty that does no exercise ;p
I'm also cutting down on how much I eat, I no longer eat at break and I don't have a cake/biscuit at lunch anymore, and surprisingly, I'm not missing it. I don't feel particularly hungry and I'm rarely tempted to eat snacks. So I guess you could say i'm on a diet.
I think if I keep this up, I may see a difference (may it be in like 523456 months) but still, there should be some change hopefully.
